Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will be prepared for shipment, and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
Due to the unique nature of our immersive product experiences, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Unopened products are eligible for a refund only if reported within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order details.
If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact support@theheroineden.com with photos of the damage and your order number within 14 days of receipt. We’ll provide a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the unopened package. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
