All digital products, including but not limited to immersive experiences, guides, courses, and downloads, are non-refundable once purchased. And as such, all sales are final.

If you experience issues accessing your digital product, please contact our support team at support@theheroineden.com. We are happy to assist with troubleshooting or delivery errors, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide supporting documentation regarding your access and usage of the digital product.
